7 days training, food and education

7 days extremely diverse and fun fitness program, with brilliant trainers for serious results.

The Week’s program runs from 6-8AM and 6-8PM on Monday till Friday, and from 8-12AM on Saturday and Sunday.

In between diverse intense fat burning activities in the morning and toning recovery sessions in the afternoon, you will be free and able to maintain your normal work schedule.

During The Week we take care of all your meals, healthy juices, and pre- and post-workout treats. Our delicious largely plant-based food is selected for a body reboot that will also aid weight loss.

You needn’t be a cardio warrior to get the most out of a sint here. Working up a sweat is a given, but our expert trainers are full of encouragement and the delicious healthy meals will send motivation levels soaring.

Price: 700,- euro per week including all trainings, meals, and eduction.

Also possible to pay in 3 terms (300,- euro + 300,- euro + 100,- euro).
FOOD​
During The Week all meals are included. Our delicious largely plant-based food is selected for a body reboot that will also aid weight loss.
Expect to eat nutritious and delicious meals, enjoy fresh juices to nourish the body from within.
TRAINING
We have an extremely diverse fun program, with brilliant trainers. Our focus is on intense fat burning activities in the morning and toning recovery in the afternoon. Your muscle tone will improve and lean muscle weight gained.
EDUCATION
Knowledge will bring you the opportunity to make a difference. Our divers team of inspiring coaches will educate you on body and mind, and healthy lifestyle. Get exposed to eye-opening workshops on healthy living and mental resilience training in nature.
